Section 18
Information to be given regarding personal interest
If any proposal that has direct or indirect personal interest of a member is discussed in the board meeting, he should inform the board about it before the discussion begins. Unless the board gives permission, such a member will not be allowed to participate in the discussion and decision on that proposal and express his opinion.
