In addition to the duties, duties and rights mentioned in section 14 of the Act, the other duties, duties and rights of the controller shall be as follows:-
(a) To monitor the work done by the certifying body (b) If the certifying body has not done the work as mentioned in the license and has not done the necessary supervision, it should be done accordingly,
(c) determining the standards of quality of service to be provided by the certifying body,
(d) determining the conditions to be prescribed for the issuance of licenses to certifying bodies,
(e) to appoint examiners as required,
(f) To monitor the actions taken by the examiner,
(g) To do the work prescribed by the Government of Nepal from time to time, and
(h) To do any other work necessary to implement the purpose of the Act or this regulation.
