(1) If the controller is convinced of non-compliance with the Act or regulations by the certifying body or other related persons, the controller himself or any other authorized employee may make the necessary investigation in that regard.
(2) When carrying out an investigation according to sub-rule (1), the controller or the authorized staff appointed by him shall adopt the following procedures:--
(a) To question the concerned certifying body or other concerned person by appearing before him,
(b) If it seems necessary to investigate a specific matter, to form an investigation committee including experts in the relevant subject under the coordination of the controller or an authorized employee appointed by him, and proceed with the investigation process,
(c) To suspend or cancel the license of the certifying body as a result of the investigation as per clause (b), to do so,
(d) Pay reasonable compensation for any loss caused to anyone due to non-compliance with the Act or this regulation by the certifying body or other related persons.
