(1) The Government of Nepal may make rules to carry out the purpose of this Act.

(2) To provide for the following matters in those rules without adversely affecting the rights of sub-section (1). may:-

(a) the qualification of the person to be admitted to the unit,

(b) the method of admission to the unit, admission conditions and period of admission,

(c) the unit Conducting health examination of the person who wants to join,

(d) Providing initial and periodical military training to the person who is enrolled in the unit,

(e) Military or Other duties,

(f) Discipline generally to be observed by persons admitted to the unit,

(g) Public works and duties to be performed by persons admitted to the unit,

( h) provision of certificate or identity card, (j) salary allowances to be received by officers appointed under section 7 of this Act, (j) persons admitted to the Service Corps under this Act Removal,

(k) Collection of fines imposed in accordance with this Act,

(l) Work, duties and rights of the advisory committee to be formed under this Act,

(d) Other matters prescribed or to be prescribed under this Act, (d) To make facilities as prescribed available to the female students of Seva Dal.'
