(1) The Commission may make necessary rules to implement this Act.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of sub-section (1), provision may be made by said rule in particular for the following matters:-
(a) Regarding the manner of examination to be conducted by the Commission, examination fee, format of application,
(b) Regarding the examination to be conducted at various stages for filling up the posts, (c) Regarding the written examination to be taken for the filling up of the posts of security agencies, other federal government services or organized organizations,
(d) Placing the mark number in the answer book: Regarding,
(e) Regarding interviews,
(f) Relating to recommendation for appointment of candidates,
(g) Regarding the procedures for requesting the commission's consultation and the commission's consultation),
(h) Monitoring and inspection by the commission.
