(1) After the Government of Nepal, Council of Ministers has decided to issue the following public documents, based on that, the Chief Secretary shall sign two copies for the authentication of such documents and keep one copy in the office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers and the other copy in the relevant Should be sent to the Ministry: –
(a) Rules made by the Government of Nepal,
(b) Orders issued by the Government of Nepal,
(c) Authority issued by the Government of Nepal,
(d) Decisions to be made by the Government of Nepal, Council of Ministers, guidelines to be issued or other public documents in accordance with prevailing laws.
(2) The relevant ministry shall keep the authentic copy received as per sub-section (1) and implement it accordingly.
