Section 100
Regulation Fee
(1) Because the Authority provides regulatory services to insurers, every insurer who receives such regulatory services shall pay an amount equal to zero ten times seven five percent of the total insurance fee earned to the Authority for regulatory fees every year.
(2) Insurance intermediaries or other insurance service providers shall pay regulatory fees to the authority for providing regulatory services.
(3) The period, procedure, delay fee and other arrangements for payment of regulation fee as per sub-section (1) and (2) shall be as prescribed.
