Section 15
Regulatory opportunities should not be misused
(1) The chairman, member, employee of the authority or the auditor of the committee shall not provide any information to any person other than the concerned person or reveal the source of any information that has come to his knowledge and has been made public or not according to the law.
(2) The official under sub-section (1) shall not use or cause to be used for the benefit, benefit or benefit of any member of the family or any confidential information that comes to his knowledge while performing his duties in his official capacity. (3) Chairman of the committee, member, employee of the authority, auditor, representative or any person working under any contract with the authority, firm or any person of the company. No benefits, facilities, concessions or benefits of any kind shall be received or given.
(4) If any action is taken contrary to this section, the concerned official shall be deemed to have misused his authority in accordance with the prevailing law. And that information should be sent in writing to the relevant agency.
