In addition to the functions, duties and powers specified in the Act, other functions, duties and powers of regulatory bodies shall be as follows:-
(a) for the purposes of clause (j) of sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Act, furnishing to the Financial Information Unit the necessary details,
(b) Getting information about the details, number, nature, quality of reports submitted by the reporting organization to the financial information unit.
