: (1) The Government of Nepal may make rules to implement the purpose of this Act.
(2) All or some of the following may be provided for in those rules without adversely affecting the generality of sub-section (1).
(a) procedure for examining major standards, secondary standards and executive standards,
(b) the number of measuring or weighing instruments to be kept, the method of checking and fixing them and other necessary matters in that regard, (c) the manner in which the manufacturer of the measuring or weighing instrument shall affix such measure, weight or weighing instrument, br> (d) the manner to be followed and the conditions to be observed by the person obtaining the license for the granting of a license to a person who manufactures, repairs, sells or provides measuring or weighing services for commercial measures or weights or measuring instruments or weighing instruments,
(e) the period for checking and affixing a measure or weight or measuring or weighing instrument and the conditions for its disposal,
(f) the manner of keeping and showing accounts of measures or weights or measuring or weighing instruments,
(g) prescribing the minimum and maximum limits of commercial measures or weights and measures of weights and measuring or weighing instruments,
(h) to prescribe the upper and lower limits of measurements and weights of principal standards, secondary standards and executive standards,
(h) to prescribe the limit of excess to be recognized when selling goods in any business or any kind of business,
(j) Confiscating, stopping or exempting unauthorized measuring or weighing or measuring or weighing instruments in accordance with this Act,
(k) To adopt a method of expressing quantity when converting a measure or weight into a standard amount and measure.
