As much as mentioned in this regulation, it will be according to this regulation. Apart from that, in the case of other procedures to be adopted by the Appellate Court, it shall be in accordance with the Appellate Court Rules, 2048 and in the case of the procedures to be adopted by the District Court, it shall be in accordance with the District Court Rules, 2052.
