(1) Every police officer of the rank of inspector or below shall receive a certificate as given in the schedule when appointed. The employees instructed by the Government of Nepal by general or special order should stamp the certificate.
(2) After the person mentioned in the certificate of appointment is terminated from the employment of a police officer, the certificate shall be revoked and the certificate shall be submitted to the officer authorized to understand it.
(3) As long as a police officer is suspended from his post, the work to be done and the special facilities that that police officer is entitled to shall not be maintained, the certificate issued under sub-section (1) shall remain in force until the time of suspension, but even if he is suspended in this way, the control of the former officers shall be maintained over that person as if he had not been suspended and He should remain under the same discipline as before and will be punished according to the previous one.
