(1) The Council of Justice shall determine the position of a judge of the Supreme Court who is retiring due to age and recommend for appointment at least one month before such position becomes vacant.
(2) If the position of a judge of the Supreme Court becomes vacant for reasons other than retirement due to age limit, the Judicial Council shall recommend for appointment within one month from the date of such position becoming vacant.
(3) If the post of Chief Justice or Judge of the High Court becomes vacant, the Judicial Council shall recommend the appointment within three months from the date of such post becoming vacant.
