(1) The Commission shall recommend the candidates as per sub-section (1) of section 36 to the authority for appointment in order of merit.
(2) If the recommendation for appointment of the candidate recommended as per sub-section (1) is canceled as per sub-section (3) of section 14 or in other cases as specified, the commission shall recommend the alternative candidate for appointment according to the order of merit.
(3) Other provisions related to the recommendation for the appointment of candidates shall be as prescribed.
