Section 5

Inviolability of Official Correspondence of the Mission

(1) The official correspondence of the Mission shall be inviolable and shall not be opened or stopped in a diplomatic seal. It should be written and no other items should be kept in it except for diplomatic items.

(2) The bearer of diplomatic messages shall have personal immunity and shall not be arrested or detained.
