Section 570
Continued Bail

(1) If the guarantee is given in such a way as to extend a series of transactions, it shall be considered as continuous guarantee.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), regardless of the number of times such transactions have taken place, the guarantor shall be responsible for the unpaid amount to the extent of the guaranteed amount during the period of the guarantee agreement.
(3) The guarantor may revoke the continuous guaranty in relation to future transactions by giving at least three months prior notice to the creditor.
(4) Unless otherwise stipulated in the contract, in case of death of the guarantor, the continuous guaranty shall be automatically terminated for subsequent transactions.
