(1) The inspector should have the following qualification:-
(a) Graduate in Pharmacy, or

(d) having passed the certificate level or equivalent in pharmacy and having at least five years of experience in pharmacy related work.
(2) An analyst should have the following qualifications:-
(a) Graduate in Pharmacy, or
(A1) Post Graduate in Chemistry, OR
(b) Graduation in Chemistry with at least three years of experience in drug analysis.
