Rule 18
Powers of inspectors
According to rule 17, inspectors shall have the following rights in connection with inspection or investigation:-
(a) To enter a place where a telecommunications system is used, added by the Seventh Amendment
(b) to demand any particulars or information from the licensee,
(c) To check the quality of the telecommunication service provided to the customer by the licensee and the quality of the telecommunication system used in the operation of such service,
(d) to communicate with any person involved in the operation of telecommunications services,
(e) upon inspection or investigation, if it is deemed appropriate to immediately issue any order regarding the operation of telecommunication services to the licensee,
(f) To do other work necessary in relation to inspection or investigation.
