(1) Compliance with the work and duties to be performed on behalf of the office and the exercise of rights shall be as prescribed by the inspector and subordinate staff.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), in this Act or any other law, if any work is to be done by the occupational safety and health inspector, such work or inspection of factory machinery and tools, occupational safety and health related matters and other technical work Authority will be given to occupational safety and health inspectors on behalf of the office. However, if there is no occupational safety and health inspector in any office, it shall not be considered that the provisions of this sub-section will prevent the office from employing the occupational safety and health inspector working in another office or a technician knowledgeable in related matters, and the labor inspector working on behalf of the office accordingly.
