18. Duties, Duties and Rights of Inspectors

(1) Inspectors may enter any house, land, vehicle, aircraft, factory, commercial center, warehouse, tower, etc. at any time in connection with the performance of their duties and examine any document or record. or may inspect. (2) If anyone imports or sells pesticides contrary to the provisions of the Act and this regulation, the inspector may take possession of such pesticides.
