: (1) According to section 44 of the Act, the person inspecting the child welfare home, child correctional home, orphanage and mentally retarded center should also check the following things:
(a) Regular education and training have not been provided to the children.
(b) Children have not been provided with facilities according to this regulation.
(c) Children have not been involved in other activities including sports entertainment and cultural programs.
(d) No unwanted or undisciplined work has been done in the Child Welfare Home, Child Reform Home, Orphanage and Center for the mentally retarded.
(e) The management party and the children have not followed the things that should be followed according to the Act, prevailing law or this regulation.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the person who inspects the things he/she sees during the inspection, if there are problems and any suggestions for its solution, must also mention the same and prepare an inspection report and send it to the Central Child Welfare Committee, District Child Welfare Committee and the relevant management committee.
