(1) Any person subject to the Act, when inspecting explosives, must ensure that the explosives are protected from illegal use and that they are properly used from the beginning to the last use.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the person inspecting the explosives, theft of explosives, any crime related to the use of such items, obtaining a license and if there is any fraud or suspicion in the use of the same after obtaining the same, also investigate and suggest how such things can be prevented. should also be given.
(3) If there is an immediate need for supervision, arrest or other police intervention in any matter related to explosives, the person conducting such inspection must report to the local police chief.
