(1) The press registrar may inspect and monitor any communication establishment in relation to whether the communication establishment has done or not done any work contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(2) During the inspection and monitoring according to sub-section (1), if any communication establishment is found to have done any work contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act, the Press Registrar may issue necessary instructions to such communication establishment.
(3) It shall be the duty of the concerned communication establishment to comply with the instructions given by the Press Registrar as per sub-section (2).
