Rule 21
Inspection and Investigation
:
(1) The committee may conduct inspection and investigation of the central and branch and sub-branch offices of the board at any time as required.
(2) Sub-rule (1) In the course of inspection and investigation, the committee shall issue an order in writing to the executive head to improve the quality. It will be the duty of the executive head to comply with the order thus given.
