Rule 38
Supervision and direction
(1) The committee may inspect and give necessary instructions from time to time regarding the insurance business conducted by Bimak. In this way, it will be the duty of the concerned committee to follow the instructions given by the committee.
(2) It shall be the duty of the inspector and all concerned to see and examine the details, account books and other documents requested by the officer appointed by the committee in the course of inspection.
