(1) The secretary of the ministry or the head of the office may from time to time inspect and supervise the work of the office, delegation or district administration office in relation to the collection, investigation, distribution and record management of passport applications. After such inspection and supervision, a report shall be submitted to the Ministry.

(2) According to the report received in accordance with sub-rule (1), if there is a need to correct deficiencies in any matter, the matter may be studied and necessary instructions may be given to the relevant agency.< /p>

(3) It shall be the duty of the concerned body to comply with the instructions given under sub-rule (2).
