(1) The Board may at any time inspect and supervise whether or not a licensed organization has complied with this Act or the rules, regulations or orders issued under this Act.
(2) The Board may appoint an expert team or an authorized employee of the Board as required to inspect and supervise the information, data, documents, records and details of the licensed organization on-site or in the related licensed organization.
(3) For the purpose of inspection and supervision in accordance with sub-section (2), the board may constitute an expert team as necessary and the facilities to be enjoyed by the expert team shall be as specified by the board at the time such team is formed.
(4) While inspecting and supervising the licensed organization, the expert team or the authorized staff of the board as per sub-section (2) may inspect and supervise information, data, documents, records and details related to the business of the respective licensed organization or make inquiries with the relevant person.
(5) In connection with the inspection and supervision of the licensed organization, the inspection and supervision expert team or the authorized staff of the board, if deemed necessary, seal the information, data, documents, records and details related to the business of the licensed organization and keep the records with themselves or order them to be in charge of the licensed organization. (6) The expert team or the authorized staff of the board shall submit its report to the board within fifteen days from the date of completion of the inspection or supervision of the organization that has received the permit.
