Rule 128
Inspection fee
The following fee shall be charged for inspection of the missal or document in the court:-
(a) five rupees on a petition filed by the party opposing the suit or his heirs,
(b) ten rupees in the application filed by other persons other than the interested parties of the case,
(c) Ten rupees if the parties or their heirs file an application for immediate inspection,
(d) Twenty rupees for filing an application for immediate inspection by other than interested parties in the case. However, no fee shall be charged for the application made by the government lawyer or any person authorized by the Government of Nepal for the missile inspection of the case matters related to the Government of Nepal.
