Rule 55
Details to be disclosed in the inspection report
: The inspector or office staff shall disclose the following details in the report to be submitted in accordance with section 98 of the Act:
(a) Details of the establishment or place of work,
(b) Details of workers employed in the establishment,
(c) Nature of work and physical infrastructure of the establishment (d) The state of implementation of orders or instructions given by the office in relation to any work to be done by the establishment in accordance with the Act and these regulations,
(e) If the office suggests any opinion regarding any work to be done by the establishment in accordance with the Act and this regulation, the state of its implementation,
(f) such other necessary particulars as the Inspector may determine to be disclosed in the report.
