Rule 11
Inspection or Monitoring

(1) The Ministry may conduct inspection or monitoring of the service center itself, or the Ministry may appoint any agency or employee under its authority to perform the task as necessary.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if the ministry assigns any agency or employee under its authority to inspect or monitor the service center, the agency or employee shall submit the report to the ministry.
(3) During the inspection or monitoring of the service center in accordance with sub-rule (1), if it is found that a service center does not meet the standards set in accordance with rule 10 or does not follow the conditions set by the ministry, the ministry may give necessary instructions to the service center concerned to meet such standards and comply with the conditions.
(4) It shall be the duty of the concerned service center to comply with the instructions given as per sub-rule (3).
(5) If any service center does not comply with the instructions given under sub-rule (3), the Ministry may cancel the approval of such service center. However, the concerned service center shall not be deprived of the opportunity to submit its clarification before canceling the approval.
