Rule 17
Procedures to be adopted during inspection or investigation
In accordance with the Act or this regulation, during the inspection or investigation in relation to the telecommunication services provided by the licensee, the inspector shall be subject to the following laws, except when the authority has specified a matter and ordered to conduct inspection or investigation. Inspection or investigation should be done on the subject:-
(a) The licensee has not operated telecommunication services using telecommunication-related devices and equipment of the quality determined by the authority,
(b) Telecommunication service has not been operated in accordance with the minimum level prescribed by the authority,
(c) The licensee has not collected the service fee as approved by the authority,
(d) The person who has received the permit has not carried out the work in accordance with the conditions to be followed according to the Act or this regulation.
