(1) The inspector shall inspect the maternity homes, maternity and infant rooms of hospitals, health service centers, clinics or offices of health professionals and other health care agencies and offices of health workers and manufacturers and distributors in his area at least twice a year. By inspecting the production site, warehouse or office, whether the things required to be followed according to the Act and this regulation have been followed, if not, an investigation shall be carried out. If entry is necessary, the inspector may enter after giving notice to the concerned person according to the prevailing law.
(3) If the inspector requests assistance from the local body, administration, police or any other person for the purpose of conducting inspection and investigation or entering someone's real estate in accordance with sub-rules (1) and (2), all those concerned shall assist him.
