(1) Regarding the complaint made in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Act, the chief should be able to make a final decision within seven days after conducting the necessary investigation.
(2) When examining the complaint according to sub-rule (1), if it is found that information should be provided to the person making the complaint in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 9 of the Act, the chief shall give an order to the relevant information officer to provide the information within a maximum period of seven days from the date of decision of such complaint. p>
