(1) After a decision is issued by the tribunal and an order is issued in the name of the debt recovery officer for the implementation of the decision in accordance with section 21 of the Act, the decision shall be implemented within the period as per the order.
(2) The debt recovery officer may seek the assistance of the local administration and the police if necessary in implementing the decision as per sub-rule (1). In this way, if assistance is requested from the debt recovery officer, the local administration and the police will have to provide assistance to him.
