(1) In the case of a decision not to proceed with the missile received after the investigation has been completed in accordance with the prevailing law, within three days from the date of the decision, the District Public Prosecutor's Office shall send the appeal to the Public Prosecutor's Office and the public prosecutor's office shall send the appeal to the Attorney General's Office for disposal. . When sending in this way, the extent of the related case should be considered and sent by means of a speedy means.
(2) In the event that there is an investigation on more than one person, only one of them has been prosecuted and if the investigation has been conducted considering that the Government of Nepal is the plaintiff, but the investigation has resulted in the decision that the case will be prosecuted under other Acts and the Government of Nepal may be the plaintiff, the information is appealed. It should be sent immediately to the public prosecutor's office and the attorney general's office.
(3) Departmental action will be taken against the public prosecutor who does not send the information as per sub-rules (1) and (2).
