Section 27
Matters to be disclosed in the award
Unless otherwise stated in the agreement, the arbitrator shall clearly disclose the following matters in the award: –
(a) a brief description of the matter referred to arbitration,
(b) If a party has questioned the jurisdiction of the arbitrator, the grounds for the determination of jurisdiction,
(c) the award of the arbitrator and the reasons and basis taken in arriving at that award,
(d) the thing or amount to be paid as compensation or compensation,
(e) the interest on the amount to be paid and the additional rate of interest after the lapse of such time if the decision of the arbitrator is not implemented within the period of section 31,
(f) Place and date of arbitral award.
