Rule 30
If you are not satisfied with the decision, you can file a petition

(1) In case of dissatisfaction with the actions taken by the employees assigned to the single point service center, the concerned person can submit a petition to the head of that center.
(2) If an application is received according to sub-rule (1), the head of the single point service center may, after conducting the necessary investigation, improve the performance of the concerned employee, make him aware or take action according to the prevailing law regarding service conditions.
(3) A person who is not satisfied with the action or decision taken by the Single Point Service Center may submit an application to the Secretary of the Ministry within fifteen days from the date of receiving information about such action or decision.
(4) bylaws; If an application is received as per (3), the Secretary of the Ministry may send it to the Single Point Service Center for review with necessary instructions in this regard after making necessary investigations.
