(1) There will be a steering committee as follows to conduct, supervise and direct the work related to the protection of employment rights of citizens:-
(a) Minister/Minister of State, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security – Chairman
(b) Member, National Planning Commission (see related matters) – Member
(c) Secretary, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security – Member
(d) Secretary, Ministry of Finance - Member (e) Office of the Secretary, Prime Minister and Council of Ministers

(f) Secretary, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply – Member
(G) Secretary, Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport - Member
(h) Joint Secretary, Ministry

(2) There will be a committee of directors as determined at the provincial and local levels.
(3) The secretariat of the committee under sub-section (1) shall be in the Ministry.
