(1) The Government of Nepal may issue necessary instructions to the Central Senior Citizens Committee, Provincial Senior Citizens Committee and Local Senior Citizens Committee from time to time.
(2) It shall be the duty of the concerned Senior Citizen Welfare Committee to comply with the instructions given under sub-section (1).
