: (1) The Chief Justice can give necessary instructions in writing to the subordinate courts, judicial bodies or officials for the strengthening of the administration of justice and judicial governance.
(2) The Chief Justice of the concerned High Court may give necessary instructions in writing to the district court, judicial body or officer under him for the strengthening of the administration of justice and judicial governance.
(3) It shall be the duty of the subordinate court, agency or officer to comply with the instructions given under sub-section (1) or (2).
