(1) During the inspection and investigation according to rule 11, the inspector finds any irregularity in any maternity home, maternity and infant room of a hospital, health service center, clinic or office of health professionals or any other health care body. may give necessary instructions to remove it or to improve the service provided there.
(2) The instructions given by the inspector according to sub-rule (1) shall be followed by the heads and health professionals of the respective maternity homes, hospitals, health service centers and health care agencies.
