(1) The board or market protection officer or sub-committee may give necessary instructions to any person or establishment in connection with inspection, investigation, search, investigation or investigation.
(2) It shall be the duty of the concerned person or establishment to comply with the instructions given by the Board or Market Protection Officer or Sub-Committee as per sub-rule (1).
(3) A person or establishment who is not satisfied with the instructions given by the market protection officer according to sub-rule (1) may file a complaint before the board within fifteen days from the date of receipt of such order and the board shall make an appropriate decision regarding such complaint.
