Section 25
Authority to give instructions
: (1) The Government of Nepal may give the following instructions to the Authority:-
(a) To operate any electricity service or to carry out any other work in a particular area whether or not specified,
(b) To stop or make any changes or completely stop any work being done by the Authority in any area,
(c) Not to talk about any work that the authority is trying to do.
(2) It shall be the duty of the authority to comply with the instructions given by the Government of Nepal in accordance with sub-section (1).
(3) In the event that the Authority incurs a loss while working in accordance with the instructions given by the Government of Nepal to carry out the work under clauses (a) and (b) of Sub-Section (1), the Government of Nepal shall give the amount incurred as compensation to the Authority.
