(1) In accordance with the Act and this regulation, the Ministry may give necessary instructions to the head of the center regarding the operation of the single point service center.
(2) It shall be the duty of the Head of the Single Point Service Center to follow the instructions given by the Ministry as per sub-rule (1). (3) Ekal Nindu Seva Kendra shall prepare a report regarding the activities carried out during the year and submit it to the Ministry within thirty days of the end of each financial year.
