Rule 129
Directorate
(1) There will be a Directorate for Execution of Judgments to execute the judgments passed by the courts and subordinate courts and to monitor the execution of the judgments.
(2) The court shall appoint a gazetted first class officer of the Nepal Justice Service, Justice Group to act as the Director General of the Directorate.
