Section 21
Right of the Government of Nepal to issue instructions
The Government of Nepal, if deemed appropriate for the sake of national interest, may issue instructions to the Committee on the following matters and it shall be the duty of the Committee to comply with such instructions:-
(a) to operate its services in a particular area or to carry out other business operations, or
(b) to stop any work carried out by the committee in a particular area or in whole or to change it in any way or
(c) Not to talk about any work that the committee is trying to do.
