Section 118
Create directory and apply
(1) Subject to this Act and the rules made under this Act, the Board may formulate and implement guidelines in relation to the following subjects in order to regulate the securities business:- (a) Regarding the registration and issuance of securities, (b) Regarding the issuance and sale of securities, (c) In relation to allotment of securities, (d) in relation to professional dignity, (e) in relation to other matters related to the regulation of securities transactions.
