<br> to fulfill the obligation at the appointed time
If a certain period has been fixed for the fulfillment of an obligation, the concerned person shall fulfill such obligation within that period.
(2) If a certain day or time has been fixed for fulfilling an obligation, the concerned person shall fulfill such obligation on the same day or time. But if there is a provision to fulfill the obligation within a certain day or time, the obligation can be fulfilled even before that day or time.
(3) If the period, day or time for fulfilling an obligation is not determined according to sub-section (1) or (2), the obligation must be fulfilled within a reasonable period after determining the period, day and time for fulfilling such obligation from the nature of the obligation.
(4) If the obligation is not fulfilled according to sub-section (1), (2) or (3), the person who has to fulfill the obligation shall be considered as having not fulfilled the obligation or unable to fulfill it.
