(1) The builders doing public construction work will be classified on the basis of merit.
(2) When classifying according to sub-rule (1), the construction businessmen who have the following qualifications will be classified as follows:-
(A) Those who have the qualifications as per schedule-10, construction professionals of "A" category,
(B) Those who have the qualification as per schedule-11, "B" class construction professionals,
(c) Those who have the qualification as per schedule-12, "c" class construction professionals,
(D) Those who have the qualifications as per schedule-13, construction professionals of "D" category.
(3) Regardless of what is written in sub-rule (2), it shall be considered that the licensed construction professional has been automatically classified in the same category as per the prevailing law before the commencement of this regulation.
