Rule 13
Duties, Duties and Powers of the Election Officer
In addition to the duties, duties and rights mentioned elsewhere in the Ordinance and this Regulation, the other duties, duties and rights of the Election Officer shall be as follows:-(a) Appointing Assistant Election Officers and other employees required by the office of the Election Officer. (b) Appoint polling officers, assistant polling officers and other auxiliary staff from among the employees of the Government of Nepal and provincial governments working in the district where the polling station is located, and assign them to the polling station.
